Create an Easy One-Page Website for Your Ballet School [VIDEO BLOG]

So, let's keep going with our tutorial for building a website for our ballet school. Once you've joined the platform, it's going to go ahead and ask you to search for your market. There are hundreds of different markets to choose from for different small businesses, solopreneurs, people with side hustles. However, if you can't quite find yours listed below for your small business, let us know, and we will make sure we add it.

So, I'm now going to head to the top and search for my market. I'm going to search for "ballet school," and there it is. I'm gonna select a template. Okay, let's summarize a little bit more details of our ballet school. I'm gonna put in our company's name for Charles Ballet School, and I see in our region. It doesn't matter where in the world your ballet school is located; you can use the Mighty Sites service. We have users enjoying the service from all around the globe.

I'm now going to select the type of business and put it as a service and click on continue. Now, Mighty Sites is working its magic and generating a one-page website for me. And there we go, it's literally launched a one-page website for me; it literally took less than a minute.

Now, the beauty of Mighty Sites is we've pre-written all the content. We've pre-selected all the images by very high quality, and they are all free to use. There's no licensing involved, really beautiful images, as you can see. However, if the ones that have been pre-selected for you and the content that's been pre-written doesn't quite work for you and your ballet school, you can amend it. So, I'm going to head to the top, and I'm going to walk you through each section, just so you can see how easy it is to use the service. You don't need to be super tech-savvy. So, I'm going to start from the top and click on "update section." Over here, I'm gonna put my email address in and click on "try email on site" and put my phone number in. My phone number is now displayed here in the top right-hand corner, and it is click to call. The email address is displayed here next to it. Let's go ahead and put in an address and let's go ahead and put in our postal code. Click on "save location." Let's click on "update social links" and put in our Instagram page and our Twitter page. Feel free to give us a follow, let us know how you are enjoying the service. There is an option for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, and they will be displayed here, the icons, so customers can easily click on them and give you a follow. See what your ballet school is up to. Let's go ahead and click on "Save" and "close."

Now, to make it as easy as possible, we've also pre-selected all the colors used throughout the Mighty Sites ballet school templates. However, if your branding just doesn't quite have these colors, you can amend it. You don't need to know color coding. However, I think this is pretty suitable for a ballet school. But all you need to do is you need to click on the paint bucket on the bottom right-hand corner and go through the various different options available for a ballet school. I'm just checking which one I like. I think, let's have another, the first one. I think that one's awesome. I'm very happy with that one, so I'm gonna go ahead and click on "Save."

Great, so let's move on to the next section. If you haven't, click on "update section" and head to "update logo." If you don't have a logo for your ballet school, Mighty SATs will literally just display the name, yeah, and it still looks really great. However, if you do have one, browse from your device and upload one over here. Great, awesome. I'm now going to click on "Save," and my Mighty Sites logo is now displayed over there. We can make it bigger and smaller to suit needs, so I'm gonna make it slightly bigger and leave it like that. Click on "Save" and move along. Let's go ahead and close that.

Again, pre-written content, pre-selected images, but I'm going to show you just how you can change them; it's super simple. Let's click on "update section" over here, change this, how's on subtitle. Now, perhaps you don't want people to, your button to say "book free trial." Perhaps you wanted to say "get directions" so people can easily find your ballet school. Then choose a link. You can link to another website, you can link to another part of your Mighty Sites page. The form at the bottom is a great option, which I'll show you in just a sec. But I'm going to go ahead and select actions and say directions and confirm. There is an option for a PDF file, so when your customer just clicks on that button, it will directly take them to the PDF file you've uploaded. That is another great option; perhaps you can upload a brochure of your ballet school over there. Let's make sure that's all saved.

And now I'm going to head to "update image." If you have your own images of your ballet school or all your students in action, go ahead and browse from your device and upload it here. Otherwise, search the photo library. Mighty Sites will automatically search for ballet school, but feel free to change the terms a little bit. Perhaps you just want to try ballet. They are all free to use; there are hundreds to choose from. So just play around with the terms. I think that's absolutely stunning. So let me see what that looks like. I'm gonna say "select photo." And not quite, I don't quite like that now that I see that over there, so I'm gonna search the photo library again and let's give this one a go. Okay, I really like that one, so I'm gonna go ahead and save that image selection and click on "close" over here. Another section, update it by changing the text that's pre-written, the contents, and the button and link to where you would like to go. Over here, this image is absolutely stunning, so I'm going to leave it as is. It's been pre-selected by Mighty Sites. And again, you can go through the same process for these various sections. The whole Mighty Sites service is designed to be really user-friendly, super simple, and super quick. That's how you get your website up in less than a minute.

Now, perhaps you want to update the testimonials. Let's go ahead and click on "update section" over here. As you can see, it's very much the same process. Change the name, change the content. Change the location if you want to keep the location. I'm going to change this one to Sally and change this to Dallas and save. You can see the process is the same throughout. There's a lot of consistency, and that's why it's so user-friendly.

Lastly, the contact form. Let's go ahead and click on "update section." Perhaps you don't want people to fill in their postal code. Let's just remove that. You can easily do that by clicking on the "X" on the right-hand side. If you would like to add another section, go ahead and click on "add" over here. Click on "Save" and "close."

Okay, there you have it. I've gone through each section of your Mighty Sites website. It is super easy to use, super user-friendly. You don't need to be tech-savvy. There's no coding involved, very cost-effective. And you can get it up in less than a minute, as I've shown you over here. And that's all you need to do to build a website for your ballet school using the Mighty Sites service.
