Once you join the platform, the very first thing it's going to ask you to do at the top is to search for your market. Now, we have hundreds of different markets to choose from for various small businesses, and we are adding more markets every single week. So, I'm gonna head to the top and search for my market: soap maker. There it is, over there. Let's go ahead and select their template.

Awesome! Let's tell Martin a few basic details about our soap-making business, so it can generate a simple website for us. I'm gonna go ahead and pop in Master C and my state's origin. And it doesn't matter where in the world you operate your business from; you can enjoy the Mighty Sites service. We have happy users from all around the globe. Let's go ahead and click on continue. Let Mighty Sites work its magic and create a simple website for me. And there you have it, especially taking the information I've just put in and generated a website for me. Let's take a closer look at what it's come up with together.

Now, the beauty of Mighty Sites is we've actually pre-written all the content for you as a guideline. Of course, we've also pre-selected all the images as well. They're all really high quality, as you can see, visually stunning, and completely free for you to use. However, I'm sure you've got some amazing images of all the beautiful soaps you're creating, and you want to showcase them on your website. Maybe make one or two amendments to this content that was pre-written for you. Perhaps you don't offer all these soaps. So now, I'm going to be showing you exactly how to do that. You don't need to know coding or be a web professional in any sort of way. Certainly, don't need to know any coding.

So, let's get started. I'm gonna click on the first section at the top. I'm gonna pop in my email address over here. I want to make sure that that is visible on my website, so I'm going to go ahead and tick the box. Phone number? Let's pop it in over here. That is click-to-call, by the way. Now, our physical location, our street's address: if you have one, put it in. If you're maybe an online business, you can leave it off. But if you put one in over here for a physical location, when your website's up, a lot of your customers can actually click on your address and be taken directly to Google maps for directions. So it's super convenient. And "Update Social Links" is where you can put in the various social media platforms your business is active on. Icons will be displayed at the top, as well as at the bottom of your website.

If you have a business logo, click on the next section to upload it over here. If you don't have a logo, I recommend you check out canva.com or hatchful.com. I've personally tried both myself, and I love both of them to create a free logo if you don't have a huge budget for a designer. If you want to make amendments to your logo, click on that pencil directly over it. You can crop it, rotate it, zoom in, add filters or frames. Click on save, and here on the right is where you can make your logo bigger and smaller to suit your needs. If you'd like to change the colors that were pre-selected for you, click on the paint bucket in the bottom right-hand corner. Go through the various color palette options available for you to use.

For each section you'd like to make amendments to, click on "update section" directly underneath it. Head on over to "update image." This is where you can browse your device to upload your own images. Search through the photo library; there's hundreds of images to choose from, as you can see, and they're all completely free to use. If you head back to the photo options, you now have the option to connect your Instagram account with a click of a button. If you have an Instagram profile, you can automatically pull in all those photos, instead of uploading them all individually, and use them for the photo sections under the "update section."

In the "action section," you can change the buttons for each section. With the button, you can change the button text as well as where all the buttons link to. Even upload a PDF file if you wish to, maybe with more options of your soaps, a catalog with prices.

In the last section, we have a lead generation form over here. Real customers can reach out to you. You can keep track of all those leads in your Mighty Sites dashboard, as well as you'll get notified by your registered email you have a new lead from this form as they come in. If you have a custom domain, you can click on the yellow "connect your domain" button at the bottom of your Mighty Sites website. If you'd like to purchase a domain as well, maybe you don't have one as yet, you can click on that button as well to make your website look even more professional, stand out from all your competitors, and look trustworthy.
