How to Change Colors | Mighty Sites Small Business Website - EASY!

With Mighty Sites, we wanted to make it as easy as possible when it comes to launching a simple website for your small business. That's why we pre-selected all the images. They all really have policy; they're completely free for you to use as well. We've also pre-written all the contents, at a guideline of course, you can change it to suit your business. One thing we've also pre-selected is the colors on your website as well. However, perhaps those colors don't quite go with your marketing message, your branding, and your logo. You've got a completely other color palette going on. That's completely okay. Today, I'm going to be showing you how easy it is to change the colors on your Mighty Sites website. So, let's get cracking. Thank you.

For my business, this is just an example of course. This is for a psychic business. However, the colors used throughout the website that were pre-selected, as you can see, very beautiful, stunning colors. However, doesn't quite go with my marketing message and my branding. My branding is completely pink, bold, stands out. So, I'd like something a little bit more suited to that color. So, I'm going to head on over to the paint bucket on the bottom right-hand corner. Now, you don't need to know color coding at all, even if you're not that tech-savvy. All the features on our websites are super simple to use, no coding at all. So, I'm going to go ahead and click on that paint bucket, bottom right-hand corner, go through the various color palettes to choose from. There's so many to choose from and we are adding more color palettes every single week as well. This one looks quite suited to my business. So, I'm going to go ahead and save that one. You're bound to find a color palette that's suited for your business. However, about some possibility you can't, feel free to let us know, and we'll make sure that we edit.

Now, with Mighty Sites, we've also recently introduced the feature that you can actually change the colors for each section. If you select from the Paint Bucket, bottom right-hand corner, that's general colors for your website, but maybe you want this section over here to be a completely different color, or perhaps this one at the top. So, I'm going to click on update section over here and head on over to update design. Now, for each section that you want to change the colors, click on update design and you will be able to click on update color options and go through the various color palettes over here, all the color options to choose from. You can click on preview to check it out. There we go, you can see it's now been changed, and we can save the design changes. We can actually change the colors for each section. If you'd like to reset it to the original colors, click on that paint bucket again, choose your color palettes, and then that will automatically reselect or reset all the colors for each section. There we go, look at that, super easy to change your colors on your Mighty Sites's website to make it more suited to your business.
