Once you join the platform, the very first thing it's going to ask you to do is to search for your markets. We have hundreds of different markets to choose from, and we are adding more markets every single week. So I'm gonna go ahead and search for my market, Courier Service. There it is over there; let's go ahead and select their templates.
A few basic details about our courier service, so it can generate a simple website for us. I'm going to go ahead and pop in my name and my space or region over here. And it doesn't quite matter where in the world your courier service business is located; you can enjoy the Mighty Sites service. We have happy users from all around the globe.
Let's go ahead and click on continue, and let Mighty Sites work its magic and create a simple website for my business. And there you have it; it's literally done it in not even 10 seconds with the information I've just put in. Let's take a closer look at what it's come up with together.
Now, the beauty of Mighty Sites is we've pre-written all the content for you, as a guideline, of course. We've also pre-selected all the images as well. They're all really high quality, as you can see, completely free for you to use as well. However, I'm sure you've got some of your own images you'd like to showcase on your website, maybe make one or two amendments to their content, make your website a little bit more personalized for your business. I'm going to be showing you how to do that today. It's super simple; you don't need to know any website coding at all or have any professional web development skills. You can do it even if you're not that tech-savvy.
So let's click on the first section at the top, pop in our email address over here. I want to make sure that email address is visible on our website, so I'm going to go ahead and check the box. Excellent, let's pop in our phone number over here. That is click-to-call, by the way. Now, if you have a physical location, street address, let's put that in over there. When your customers click on that address when your website's live, it will automatically take them to Google Maps to get directions to your physical location.
And under Social Links, you can put in the various social media platforms your business is active on. Icons will be displayed at the top as well as at the bottom of your website. Under the next section is where you can update your logo and display it on your website. Let's go ahead and update that. When your logo has been uploaded, if you want to crop it, rotate it, zoom in, and add filters, frames, make any edits so that you can click on that pencil over it, otherwise click on Save. Over here on the right is where you can make it bigger and smaller.
If you'd like to change the colors that we've pre-selected as well, go ahead and click on the paint bucket, bottom right-hand corner. Go through the various color palettes available for you to use. There's so many to choose from that will suit your business and the various colors your branding uses.
Awesome, now for each section you want to make amendments to, click on update section directly underneath that section. Head on over to update image first. Now, over here is where you can browse your device, upload your own images; otherwise, search through the photo library, hundreds of images to choose from, all completely free to use. You can play around with the keywords over there in your searches.
Now, we've recently introduced the feature where you can actually connect your Instagram accounts, if you have one, and pull in your images from your account and use them on your multi-size website. So I'm going to go ahead and link my Instagram account. It's not quite relating to a courier service, but I just wanted you to get a little idea of how this works. It's now being connected; let's go ahead and launch the Mighty Sites editor again.
Now, you can see for each section, I have the option to select those Instagram images for my business. Excellent, and under Update Action, you can change the button text, you can also choose where all those buttons link to. You can link to a PDF file and action; otherwise, another website if necessary.
And under Contents is where you can change the content that was pre-written for your business. Over here, in this section, over here, is where you can actually—it's pulled in automatically—all my Instagram images. You can change the layout; you can choose only one if you wish. Under Update Design, click on layout options; otherwise, you can browse your device; otherwise, search through the photo library again.
And the last section over here is where your customers can easily reach out to you. All they need to do is just put in the details, click on Send, and you will get notified by all your registered email, you have a new lead via this form.
If you have a custom domain for your business, go ahead and click on Connect Your Domain. Over here is where you can set it up; otherwise, you can purchase a new domain to make your website look even more professional and personalized by clicking on the green button.
Really hope this tutorial was helpful in building a website for your courier service and really wishing you and your business Mighty success.
