Hey, and welcome, everyone. I'm excited to show you how to create a simple professional website for your massage therapy business using Mighty Sites. There are two there's sports, massage therapist and massage therapy. You can select either that you prefer, but for today I'm going to choose the massage therapy template.

Enter Information About Your Massage Therapy Business

And then, I put in either my name or my company name in this section. It just depends on how your brand and market yourself. So I'm going to put in Keegan's Massage Therapy, and then I'm going to put right here my location. So I'm going to put Denver, Colorado, and then the type of business. This is a service business. And then click continue. And here is the great part. So just like that, Mighty Sites will take that information and generate a simple professional website for your business. From here, it is extremely easy to make edits to this template to get it to look exactly how you want for your business. Now that said, you don't have to change anything, either. If this works as your online business card, it gives a good sense of who you are. You can direct and market people back to your website, and then they can contact you, and if everything looks good, then great.

Deploy The Massage Therapy Website Template

You don't need to make any changes here. So you can simply deploy the template and be happy with it as it goes. But I'm going to show you exactly how to make these changes. But all of these pictures and images are pre-licensed for you to use, which is great. So the first thing I'm going to do is to go in here to update the section, and I'm going to add my email address because I want people to be able to get in touch with me. So I'm going to add my email address, and then I can select if I want that to show up on the site. So now, automatically, my email address shows up there. I will also add my phone number because I want people to get in touch with my business. So now my phone number's there, and I may have some social media pages where I share information.

Link To Your Social Media

I could have a YouTube video or Instagram account. Right now, I'm going to pretend I have a Facebook page. So I'm going to type in my Facebook page address, and then I'm going to click save. And now the Facebook link is there. It's starting to look good already. I can go to the update section here, where I can update my menu with any different item. If I want to add a menu item and link to another website somewhere else on my website to my actions section or PDF upload, I can do that here. If I want to upload a PDF of my rates or anything like that, simple and easy to do. But it's really easy to add more menu items that make sense to you. You can also upload your logo. So if you have a logo, you click on browse, find it on your computer and upload it.

Create, Upload and Edit Your Logo

You can leave it as your business name here too. That's fine. And if you don't have a logo, let me suggest canva.com. If you've yet to hear of it, it's simple, cheap, and easy to create logos. So you can go to canva.com. I'm going to click on creative design, select logo, and then let me look for the massage and see if there's a template here. So I just looked for massage, and you can see that there are all these different types of templates for massage therapists here. So, depending on, you know, what makes sense for your business, you can pick one that you really like and use that. So I'm, I'll just pick one here. This one says Massage Studio, so that's nice. I'm just going to pick that. And now I don't even have to pay for design.

I can edit this text. And this can be the logo for my massage business. So I'm going to put in here the massage therapy logo. And then I'm going to click here, download, I'm going to download it as a jpeg, that's usually best for sharing. And then, I can go right back to my Mighty Sites template, browse my computer, upload my brand new logo, and as soon as this uploads, I'm going to click on save. So now I saved my logo. You can see it right here. Now, these two buttons will appear because this is a really simple and easy website builder for small businesses. So I can click on, make it bigger to make my logo bigger, click on make it smaller to make it smaller. And then there are all these tools here if I click on this pencil where I can go in here and access all these built-in image and logo editing tools in Mighty Sites.

So I can go in here and crop this, which I'm going to do. I crop it down a bit, so there's not space around it on the website. I'll bring this in a little bit too. So there we go. It's been cropped a little, and then I'm going to look at the filters. I think, actually, with a white background or something like that, I might do something a little bit different. I could put it in black and white if I want. Or I could fine-tune it, too, if I want to change the saturation or anything like that. But I think, for now, let's go with white background. So I'm going to click done. Now I've cropped and changed the colors of my logo just using the built-in logo editing tools in Mighty Sites.

There we go. I really like that. So now my logo's updated. So you can see now that my header information is all updated. If you want to add your address, I can update the location, and you may have a studio or something that you use consistently. You can put in your address there as well. Direct, direct people right to your massage therapy studio. But you might want to leave your address off of here too. I understand that. Whatever works best. So then I'm going to go down here to the professional licensed massage therapist, and I can edit this to be whatever I want to schedule your booking. So if you have an online booking software, like maybe Calendly, which is free. So, if you want it's calendly.com, you can create a simple calendar booking appointment system for free.

I'd recommend doing that if you want to allow people to book online. And then you can go here to this hero section and just say, maybe I'll shorten this to schedule an appointment. And then for my button link, I'm going to link to another website, which is that calendar appointment booking link. So I'm going to save that. And now, if I close this, if somebody comes to my website, they can schedule an appointment, and it'll open to my calendar link. And I choose what, what slots, time slots will be available for people to choose too. So they can schedule an appointment if you prefer to do it a different way, like use something else, maybe you want people to call you. You say to schedule an appointment, and many people will visit your website on their phones.

Update Your Call-To-Action Buttons

Now, if I click on this, it'll be open to call, which is great too. So again, for the contact section, you can do something similar. If you'd like, you can go in here and contact us or choose the link if it goes to a leads form. If you prefer, it could call you could upload a PDF and change that to, like, see my rates, right, something like that. And then, it could upload a PDF of your rates. There are all types of different things that you can do with these call-to-action buttons. So think through, you know, what information do you think your client wants? Are they trying to schedule an appointment or call you? Find directions see your rates, and then update those accordingly. For the about section, it's really easy to make edits.

Edit Text, Images and Links

Again, you can upload a new photo or use the one that's here and use all the image editing software. You can also go over here, and let's say this is how you make a website for a massage therapy business. So I just typed that into the website builder. Then you can see what I typed in right here in this section. So that's nice as well. Again, you can change any of these images or update any of your services. If you want to add prices or rates, you can do that in any of these sections. And then get directions that, if you do have a studio, you can use that to let people easily find directions right to your business too for their appointment. Once that's all said and done, you're well done. If you want to, this navy blue looks nice, but that might not work with your color theme. So you can, depending on your logo and the vibe you're going for, choose through all these different color themes pre-built into the Mighty Sites website builder. Again, it makes it easy to have something that matches the look and feel of your business. Maybe green or blue, and you can keep clicking here and find all website theme color themes. So you can pick the one for your message.

Find Your Color Theme

The therapy business you feel most comfortable with best represents, you know, the look that you're going for on your website. And then once you're all set like this is a nice greenish blue color, you can use that for your business too. I like this one in particular, but once that's done, you can go back to stop editing and see what it looks like without those update section buttons. And I'm going to return to the site dashboard. Now you can go in here, and as you get leads, as people submit their contact information through the site, you'll see your leads for your massage business. You can go back and update the social links here. Super easy. You can update your location, which is easy to do. And then, once you're ready, you can connect your domain.

So if you already own a domain from Google Domains or GoDaddy domain.com, this integrates with all of them. You can paste your domain, and then it'll give you simple instructions for the updates you need to make with your domain registration company.
