I will show you how to create a simple website for your beauty salon using Mighty Sites. So all you need to do is click start Free trial, click launch, or scroll right down here and click on Beauty Salon to get started. So I'm going to jump over here to the same experience and click on Beauty Salon. And then, all you need to do is find the name of your Beauty salon and click continue.

Make Simple Edits To Your Beauty Salon Hours & Contact Information

Then you can edit the information up here. If you want to change your name or any of the details or over here for updated hours, you can easily change any of your hours. You click on the little pencil, and you can change your opening hours to your closing hours, or you can check if you're closed or click cancel. If everything looks good, you click save, and then you can click Looks good up here to take you to the next step.

Review and Edit The Beauty Salon Website Template

And then this is where you can see the Simple Beauty Salon website template. So as I scroll through this, it's a very simple yet professional website template for your beauty salon. It makes it easy to get up and run with a simple business website. So to customize this, I click on Activate. The subscription costs $9 a month, including hosting, the website editor, and connecting a custom domain. So I click to activate your site now, and then I'll show you just how simple and easy this is to edit. So if I want to manage or edit anything on my Beauty Salon website template, I go into editing mode and click on something like the update section. And here I can change my name. I can change my email address if I want to associate an email address with my business. If the address is wrong or incorrect, I can change any of that. If I'd prefer a different phone number, I can also change that. I can also update the social links. So if I want to, let's add my Twitter account if I have one. So I'm just going to go to the Mighty Sites Twitter account.

Add Social Links To The Template

So I'm going to go to the Twitter account, and you can see I can simply and quickly put in my Twitter account here and click save. And now my Twitter account shows up here. Same thing with Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. So you can edit any of your social accounts there as well. I can also go into this section if I want to update my menu items for any reason. So if I want to, let's say I want to link to another place on the web. So let's say I want to link to another business. Let's say I own a storage unit or something like that. And I want to link to it. So this is just a random example, but let's say we own a beauty salon and a self-storage unit.

I could copy the website address for the self-storage unit, then choose the link and add the link there. Confirm. Just say storage unit and add that to the menu save. And then you can see how I've added another menu item that links out from there, too—the same thing.

Editing Website Links

If I want to add a menu item that links to another place on my website, let's delete that. But let's say I want to add a menu item directly to my contact. There's already one, but I'll add another contact and choose a link on my website. And let's say it goes to the hero section or the call to action services location and hours. Any of these sections I can link. So I'll edit the location and hour section for now.

Editing The Call To Action For Your Beauty Salon

Confirm, and then add it to the menu. There we go. But I already have one, so I don't need one. So I save that. And if I want to go down here and change any of the text or the call to action, I can easily do that. So you can see we are the best in town, right? So I can write in anything I need there, save it. And now, I have more content in my first call to action section. If the contact us. If I don't want that to link to the location in hours, let's say I want that to link. I want them to call me. With that, I can switch that to click to call and then save it there and close. And now that contact button, if I click on it, you can see this little telephone number pops up in the bottom left.

So now that will click to call. If I want to use a booking service or something like that, I can also link to my booking service. So I can change this here to link to another website. And then, I can enter it on my website here. So let's say ly here's my Calendly link. So I can set my Calendly link here and go back and enter my website address, links to another website and click save. And there we go. Now, if somebody clicks on contact, it'll bring them to my calendar. Now, I probably want to change that from contact. So let's change this to book now and save. And now someone can easily book an appointment with me, right to my free calendarly appointment booking software. So there is a free option for signing up for Callen Lee two.

Editing Beauty Salon Images

If I want to change any images, it's really simple as well. So I browse, and I can upload any images for my local computer right here to replace the image. Or if I want to do a, you know, a custom image, if I like the photos, I don't have to change them either. They're licensed for you to use on the template. But again, that's how you can change most of the sections. Each section has a little update button here, and you can easily click to change it right here on the page.
