Welcome, everyone. Today I'm going to show you how to quickly and easily create a simple website for your moving company.

Create A Mighty Sites Account and Select Free Trial

So the first thing you do is go to mightysites.com and start a free trial. And it's only $9 a month to host this simple moving company website, and it's easy to get started too. So you sign into a free trial and click right here to search for the template Moving company.

So there are all types of small businesses here. This website builder platform works for me. I'm going to click on Moving Company. Then you just put in the name of your business. I'm going to put Keegan's Moving Company. Put your location. So I'll put Raleigh, North Carolina, and then the type of business, that could be retail service, other, I'm going to put service. So a moving company, you're providing a service for people. And then I click continue.

And just like that, the system will load a simple professional website for my business. Just super simple and easy, with some images in there already too. So you can see it's got some pictures preloaded, and then it's really easy for you to go in there and switch those out as well. So it just gives you a sense of how easy this is. So then, what you do next to get started is click on the update section, and you can update your social link.

Add Social Media Links For Your Moving Business

So you go in here, and let's say I have a Twitter account for my business, twitter.com, and slash mighty sites USA. Save that and all the Twitter logos there if I go over to Facebook, the same thing, facebook.com/mighty sites. And now my Facebook link is there. I can save that and close it. And then, if I want to add my phone number, which would be helpful to people, we can go over here to update. I'll add my phone number.

Edit Business Information

So now my phone number is there, and I'll close that out. I can add my exact address if I want to upload a logo and go over here to the logo. Let's see if I have one handy here. I'll search my downloads folder for a logo and see if we have one that fits this type of business. I'm going to go with this logo for now. Just use one of the Mighty Sites logos. So once I upload that, click on save the logo. There it is. I can make it bigger if I want. I can make it smaller. So you upload your logo right there. So save and close. And then let's say I like this image. That's great. If I have an idea in my truck, this is an excellent spot to upload my picture. So you can upload your team, your vehicle, or any nice photo of yourself. You can upload it right there, but if it looks good or you want to use this image, for the time being, you can do that too. Then the contact section. So I'll make this into somebody calling me. So that'd be great. I know many people looking for a moving company on mobile, so when they click that contact us, they'll call me. If I want to add testimonials here, I can add a customer testimonial or something like that.

Edit Text and Add Customer Testimonials To Your Website

Just put it in quotes and add that to this section to let people know how happy my customers are with my moving services. So it's really easy to point and click to edit that. Again, if these images work for you, fantastic. If not, switch those out with different ideas. And then, as I scroll down here, the same thing. I can go to this section and upload the images. I can change out the text just by pointing and clicking. And then here's the best part. So this is where leads come in. So as people find your moving company, type in, I'll put in Keegan test, here's my email, and then I'm going just to put that fake phone number again. But obviously, your customers interested in services will put the factual details in the box. I am moving in two months and looking for a moving company.

Generate Leads For Your Moving Company Through Your Contact Form

So now the customers on your website click send and get this short message. If I go back here to stop editing the site dashboard, you'll get an email, and then you'll be able to have a dashboard of your leads for new business. So you can see somebody gets submitted right there. You'll get their name, email, and way to contact them.

Connect A Custom Domain

You can connect a custom domain. And then, depending on the colors for your business, too, you can jump in here and you can select new color themes. So if green fits your business, you can choose that. If you want blue, we add new color themes all the time. So you can pick one that fits your business. The default one is going to be navy blue. And then there are different color options from there that you can choose from, depending on what type of color theme fits your business, your logo, and your branding. So I'll leave it as this one for now, but that's how easy it is.
