Are you looking to build a simple professional website for your moving company? Great. You're in the right spot because I'm going to show you how to build a website just like this for only $9 a month.

Give yourself a very professional website for your business that describes all the services you offer—from local moves to long-distance moves—and back it up with your Facebook reviews. You can integrate all kinds of tools like YouTube videos, your storage solutions if you offer any, and more. As you can see, this is a clean, professional multi-page website.

I'm going to show you how to build this quickly and easily so you can get your moving business online and drive more leads with a professional site that only costs $9 a month. That’s right, the website builder itself is only $9/month.

Let’s jump right in.

Like I mentioned, building a website for your moving company is only $9 a month using Mighty Sites. First thing I’m going to do is search for “moving service.” If you offer something specific—like pet moving or piano moving—you can select those templates too, but for now, I’m just going with the general “moving company” template.

Now I’m going to type in “Keegan the Mover” as my company name. Type of business—it’s a service business. Location: Denver, Colorado. Click continue.

You’ll see other people building Mighty Sites in real time right here. The template is launching—it’s only $9 a month. There’s also a quick tutorial video you can watch that explains how the platform works, but I’m going to walk you through it right now.

You can scroll through some example sites to see how professional they look. It works for all kinds of businesses—and hey, even moving companies.

Let’s jump in.

So now I’ve got this nice template for my moving company, but I want to customize it. First thing: click Update Section and add my phone number. People need to be able to contact you! Then I’ll add my email—let’s say keegan@mysite.com—and make sure both show on the site. Save.

Next, let’s add social media links. You just copy and paste your Facebook or Instagram link—like facebook.com/keeganthemover—and save it. You can add all your other social links too.

Now let’s add a logo. Logos always make your site look more legit. I like to use Canva to create a logo. I’ll go there, click on "logo," and use their AI to generate something for “Keegan the Mover.” The AI gives me some options—I like this one, so I’ll use it.

I’ll enlarge it a bit and then download the image. Back in Mighty Sites, I go to Update Section, click Browse, and upload the logo. Save it. There it is. You can resize it, crop it, and even edit it with the built-in tools. I’m cropping the top and bottom a little. Save. Boom. Looks great.

Now I’ve got my logo, links, and a contact form. I suggest updating the contact form to include the address—especially important for moving companies.

Here’s a cool feature: I like to add an Elfsight widget. Elfsight is super affordable—some widgets are free, and most are under $10. You can create all types of widgets to add to your site. In this case, I’m logging in to Elfsight, grabbing my Google reviews widget code, and pasting it into my site. Save. Close it. Done.

When I exit editing mode, you can see my Google reviews right on the site. Looking good!

Next up: images. I want better, more personalized images for the site. The platform has a built-in photo library with licensed images, or you can upload your own.

Let’s search “moving company.” I like this one—it’s clean and looks good. Then I’ll update the heading: “Professional Moving Company.” And the subheading: “Denver, Colorado—Here to serve you professionally and on time with all your moving needs.” I like that.

Then: “Request a Free Estimate.” Perfect. Save.

Scroll down to “Contact Us.” I’ll make that a click-to-call button. So when someone clicks it, it’ll call my number directly. Very useful for mobile visitors.

All the sections come pre-written, but you can customize any of them. I’ll update another image—let’s search “new home.” This one with a family looks nice. Save.

Let’s change the next image too. Maybe this photo of a family unpacking boxes. Save. The final one—let’s go fun. A dog in a moving box? Customers might love that. Save. That’s cute.

I’ll stop editing so you can see what the homepage looks like.

Looks great. Professional homepage for a moving company—custom logo, great images, Google reviews, contact form, click-to-call, and more.

Now let’s go to the site dashboard.

Here, you can:

Connect a custom domain (either buy through us or use one you already own)
Update your site content
View your leads (they’ll appear in your leads inbox)
There’s also a tutorial on generating leads.

Now let’s go back to updating the site. I’m going to add more pages.

Click Add Page. Think about what services you want to highlight. First one: “Local Moving.” Add.

Second page: “Long Distance Moving.” Add.

Third page: “Storage Options.” Add.

Now update the menu.

Add:

“Local Moves” → link to the Local Moving page
“Home” → link to the main homepage banner
“Long Distance” → link to the Long Distance page
“Storage Solutions” → link to the Storage Options page
Save the menu. Also move “Contact” to the end—that’s more standard.

Back on the site, let’s go to the Local Moves page and edit it.

Update the image. Let’s pick the family with the dog again—gives a good “just moved in” vibe.

Now for the text. I like to use ChatGPT to help generate optimized copy for your location. Just ask it for headlines or descriptions optimized for, say, Denver. Add that text, save, and boom—nice copy added.

Now let’s talk reviews. Reviews are everything for moving companies. I already added Google reviews. Now I’m going to add Facebook reviews—again, using Elfsight. Log in, copy the widget code, paste it into the site. Save.

Update the last section: “Get in touch—we’d love to earn your business.” Then edit the contact form to include an address field. Save.

Exit editing mode to check it out.

Oops—one character didn’t render correctly. Let’s fix that—back to editing mode. Cleaned it up.

Now let’s take a look again:
