How to Make a Website for a Divorce Lawyer

So, once you join the platform, the first thing it's going to ask you to do at the top is to search for your market. Now, we have hundreds of different markets to choose from for different small businesses, solopreneurs, and people with various side hustles, and we are adding more markets every single week. So I'm gonna head to the top, and I'm gonna search for my market: divorce lawyer. There it is over there. I'm now going to go ahead and select the templates.

Great, Mighty Sites starts by asking a few basic details about our business so it can generate a simple website for us. I'm gonna go ahead and put in my company name, as well as my city and my state's origin. Now, it doesn't matter where in the world you are a divorce lawyer; you can enjoy the Mighty Sites Service. We have happy users from all around the globe. Let's go ahead and change the type of business from restaurants to service and click on continue, and let Mighty Sites work its magic and create a simple website for us.

However, if you've got your own images that you'd like to use and you want to make one or two amendments to the content that was pre-written, you can do that. It's super simple. So today, that's exactly what I'm going to be showing you. I'm going to be walking you through each section, starting from the top, making my way through so you can have a little bit of a look and feel of how the service works and how easy it is to use. You don't need to know coding; you don't need to be a web developer, a new system; you don't need to hire a professional either. So, let's get cracking.

I'm gonna click on the first section at the top and go ahead and put in my company email address, as well as my phone number. I want to make sure the box is clicked to display my email address on my website. There it is over there, next to my phone number. Just clicks to call. I'm now going to go ahead and put in my physical location, my street's address. Now, the great thing about our physical location displayed at the top is when your customers click on it, so it will automatically take them to Google maps to get directions to your physical location. Awesome!

Let's head on over to update Social Links. Over here, you can put in the various social media platforms that your business is active on. If you are active on social media, the icons will be displayed at the top, as well as the bottom of your multi-south website. There we go, so your customers can easily give you a follow, get some engagement going, and see what you're up to.

Let's head on over to update logo. If you don't have a logo yet, you're in the startup process of your business, Mighty Sites will literally just display your business name at the top, and it still looks really great and professional. However, I do have a logo, so I'm gonna go ahead and upload it. Now, if you don't have a huge budget for a logo to hire a graphic designer, I do recommend you check out canva.com.

My logo has now been uploaded. I'm going to go ahead and click on this little pencil over here so I can crop it just so it fits even better into the section at the top. You don't have to do that. Multi size also gives you an option to filter, add filters, decorate it, add frames, rotate, zoom, flip horizontally, etc. So let me go ahead and re-upload that. Awesome!

Let's go ahead and click on save. Our logo is now uploaded. We can make it big and smaller, but I think that sizing is perfect, so I'm going to go ahead and leave it as is. Now, with Mighty Sites as well, we've pre-written; we've pre-selected all the colors used throughout your website for you. Basically, we wanted to make this as easy as possible for you to launch a simple website for your business. However, perhaps these colors don't go with your logo, your branding, your business cards, and you want to change it, you can do that. You don't need to know color coding; all you need to do is click on the little paint bucket on the bottom right-hand corner and go through the various different color palettes available for you to use. Let's go ahead and check out a few options. I want something very elegant. I might go ahead and select that as very neutral. I think I'm going to stick with that one. I can change it at a later stage.

Let's head on over to our great section and head over to update image. Now, if you've got your own images for your business, browse your device and upload them; otherwise, search through the photo library. Hundreds of images to choose from. Mighty Sites will automatically search for "divorce lawyer", but you can change the terms. Maybe you can search for "divorce", or you can just search for "lawyer" and see what pops up. So I'm going to go ahead and put this one. I can change it at a later stage if need be. Let's go ahead and select that one and select the photo. Awesome, let's check it out. That fits fantastically.

Let's head on over to update contents. Over here, you can change the title, subtitle to suit your needs. The button currently says "schedule a consultation", but you don't have to say that. Maybe you just want this to say "get in touch", but I'm going to go ahead and leave it as is. We can link to another website, so that's a great place to link a calendar booking if you take consults for online sessions or first free consults where you use a calendar online, you can link to that. Or you can link to another part of your monthly sales websites or an action like "click to call", "directions", or "click to email". So I'm going to go ahead and put it as "click to email". Or, as well, you can upload a PDF file with your various rates and services to the button.

Great! Let's go ahead and click on save, and the content section has been updated. I'm going to go ahead and click on save again, and we are going to check out our website, our creation. Let's take a closer look and see what it looks like so far. Looking great, looking professional. I'm loving it so far!
