How to Make Simple Cooking Class Website - FAST & NO CODING!

Once you join the platform, the first thing it's going to ask you to do at the top is to search for your market. Now, we have hundreds of different markets to choose from for various small businesses, over currently 900. We are adding more markets every single week. So let's head to the top and search for our Market templates. Let's go ahead: 'Cooking class,' there it is. Everything's there. I'm now going to go ahead and select the template. Great!

Let's enter a few basic details about our business so it can generate a simple website for us. Pop in your company name, your city, and your state or region. And it doesn't matter where in the world your business is located; you can enjoy the Mighty Sites service. We have happy users from all around the globe. Once you click on 'continue,' Mighty Sites will automatically generate a simple website for your business with the information you've just put in. And there you have it, it's all done.

So in a couple of seconds, Marti will pop up with this little popup over here showing you how to customize your new websites in under 30 seconds. For now, I'm going to close that off, and I'm going to be showing you the ropes today, so keep watching, keep your eyes peeled.

The beauty of Mighty Sites is we've actually pre-written all the content for you as a guideline, of course. We've also pre-selected all the images as well. They're all really high quality, as you can see, and they're completely free for you to use as well. However, I'm sure you've got some of your own awesome images you'd like to showcase on your website, maybe make one or two amendments to this content that was pre-written for you. Perhaps you don't offer all these different cooking classes, like kids' classes or date nights for couples, and you want to make it a little bit more personalized to your business. You can absolutely do that. So today, that's exactly what I'm going to be showing you.

You don't need to know website coding or be a web professional in any kind of way. You certainly don't need to hire anyone to help you with this either. You can literally do it all yourself. So let's click on the first section over here.

Over here, you can pop in your email address for your business in case your customers want to reach out to you. Let's make sure that's visible on our website by ticking that box. Excellent. Let's put in our phone number over here. That is click to call. And our physical location. The great thing about it is when your website's live, your customers can actually click on that address, top left-hand corner, be taken directly to Google Maps for directions.

And update Social Links is where you can put in your various social media platforms your business is active on. The icons will be displayed at the top as well as at the bottom of your Mighty Sites websites.

Now, if you have a logo for your business, head on over to the next section, 'Update Logo.' Click on 'browse' to browse your device and upload it over here. Once your logo's been uploaded, you can click on that little pencil over it to crop it, rotate it, add filters or frames. Otherwise, over here on the right is where you can make your logo bigger to fit into that section with Mighty Sites as well. We pre-selected the colors for you. If you'd like to change the colors, you don't need to know color coding at all. Click on that paint bucket at the bottom right-hand corner, go through the various color palettes available. There's so many to choose from, and there's bound to be one that suits your branding and your marketing message. Let's go ahead and try that one. That looks fantastic. Awesome, let's save it.

Great! Now, for each section you would like to update, make it a bit more personalized to your business, click on that white 'update section' button directly underneath. This over here, you can hit on over to 'update image.' This is where you can browse your device and upload your images, or search through that photo library. There's hundreds of free images to choose from, as you can see. They're all completely free to use. You also have the option to connect your Instagram account with a click of a button if you do have an Instagram profile for your business and automatically pull in all those images from your accounts.

Under 'update action,' we have the call to action buttons. Change the text on those buttons and where they link to. You can even upload a PDF file, which is a great option to upload a bit more details about the different packages perhaps you offer and the rates for your cooking classes, maybe the menus that your cooking classes are making in the classes.

In the last section, we have a lead generation form over here. Your customers can easily reach out to you. Keep track of all your leads in your Mighty Sites dashboard.

If you don't have a domain yet, I suggest you get one to make your website look even more professional, trustworthy, and stand out from all your competitors. Go ahead and click that button as well.
