How to Make Simple Wedding Bakery Website - No Coding!

So, once you've registered an account, the very first thing it's going to ask you is just to search for your market at the top. Now, we have hundreds of different markets to choose from for various small businesses, and we are adding more markets every single week. So I'm gonna go ahead and search for my market: wedding bakery. There it is over there. Let's go ahead and select that template.

Great! Let's input a few basic details about our business so it can generate a simple website for us. I'm going to go ahead and put in 'Master T' and my state or region that my business operates from. But it doesn't matter where in the world your business is located; you can enjoy the Mighty Sites service. We have happy users from all around the globe. Let's go ahead and click on 'continue' and let Mighty Sites work its magic and create a simple website for my business.

And there you have it! It's literally done so in a couple of seconds with the information I've just popped in. Let's take a closer look at what it's come up with together. Now, the beauty of Mighty Sites is we've actually pre-written all the content for you as a guideline. Of course, we've also pre-selected all the images. They all really high quality, as you can see, and they're completely free to use. And they look absolutely visually stunning. Look how beautiful that cake is! However, I'm sure you've got some of your own amazing images of all the beautiful wedding cakes you have created. You want to showcase them on your website? You can absolutely do that. It's super simple. You don't need to know any coding to make any changes on your website. You don't need to know any professional web development skills. You certainly don't need to hire anyone else either to help you with this. You can do it all yourself.

So, let's get started. I'm going to click on the first section at the top. I'm going to go ahead and put in my email address over here and click on the box 'show email' and start to display my email address for my customers' convenience. Let's pop in our phone number over here. That is click-to-call, by the way. Now, our address, our physical location - pop it in over here. When your website is live, your customers can actually click on that address and be taken directly to Google Maps.

When your website's live, under 'update social links', let's go back to that section. Over here, you can put on various social media platforms your business is active on. Icons will be displayed at the top, as well as at the bottom of your website, so your customers can easily give you a follow.

Under the next section, if you've got a logo, browse your device and upload it over here. If you don't have a logo, I recommend you check out hatchful.com or canva.com, both free options to create an awesome logo. I've personally tried them both myself, really fantastic if you don't have a huge budget or if you're just starting your business. If you want to make lots of amendments to that logo, click on that pencil directly over to edit, rotate, add filters or frames. Otherwise, over here on the right, you can make it bigger and smaller to suit your needs.

Now, with Mighty Sites, we've pre-selected the colors. If you'd like to change them to go with your branding a little better, click on that paint bucket in the bottom right-hand corner. Go through the various color palettes available for you to use. That looks stunning.

For each section you'd like to make amendments to, click on 'update section' directly underneath it. First of all, head on over to 'update image'. This is where you can browse your device to upload your own images. Otherwise, search through the photo library. Hundreds of images to choose from! Play around with the keywords and search for various keywords and see what pops up. You also now have the option to connect your Instagram account. With a click of a button, automatically pull in all those images from your Instagram account if you have one.

And 'update action'? You can change that button, the text that goes on the button, as well as where the button links to, even uploading a PDF file. And 'update contents' is where you can change all the content, make it a little bit more personalized about your business, and let your customers know how you got into this industry.

In the last section, we have a lead generation form where your customers can reach out. You can find all your leads in your Mighty Sites dashboard, as well as get notified by your registered email address every time a new lead comes in. If you have a custom domain, go ahead and click on that yellow button at the bottom. If you don't have a custom domain, you can actually purchase one as well by clicking on that button. Make your website look even more professional and stand out from all your competitors.
